Never has worked correctly. The Moto 360 was wonderful so I took my chance with this watch. The app is useless, I have to reinstall and reconnect it on a regular basis and it still does not keep track of anything and continually deletes data that had already been synced. I don't even bother thinking it anymore I just use it as a watch and a step tracker until I can figure out a better smartwatch.

Update: can't log in. App is getting worse. App regularly stops working. It fails and I can't log in at all. You have a long way to go. Notification vibration stopped working after a few months. Vibration for shutdown and start still working. Becoming very disappointed with the app. However, the watch is exactly what I need. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one having these issues. The replies from tech are all the same. They are vague and non-specific.

With the recent update, the app runs much smoother compared to launch. Very quick syncs, weather is accurate, activities are documented within the app. The only complaint I have is that is needs more display faces as the current ones are just alright except the standard watch face which in my opinion is the best looking one. Thank you again to the people that worked on the app the make it run smoothly
