App is slow. Payment gateways do not work properly. My Account was charged but no Channelling was made. When I contact the company they say the amount charged will be refunded back within next 4 days. Customer care people said not to use the app for channelling. Disappointed with my first day with the app.
This app requires a lot of improvement specially with regards to stability. Sometimes it gets a stuck at the payment gateway and thus I'd still prefer using the website.
Unable to make the appointment, but charges deducted from my credit card. Totally disappointed about the application and the gateway used with the app.
Worst app ever,, don't use, slow payment getaways,deduct amounts but appointments not processing, have to call, complain and have to wait for long time to get refunds,,
