can not tracking on going number , after making an appointment we should be able to know on going number after doctor arrival, I had to spend more than 2 hours sitting waiting for my number, but 099 app appointment booking give the option to track on going number so we no need to waste our time and money for parking hospitals,

Very poor usability. While echannelling promise to show the running appointment number, the feature does not work. You have to key in the reference number and phone number every time you query. And every time you get the same response: "no session available". Uninstalling.

In order to download the receipt, it says that we need the Storage permission. But, there is no option in the "app info" for providing the permission. (Update): Within the app it notifies about a new update. In play store it is still the older version.
