One roll can change the whole race.
Ludo is the classic board game in warm, colourful 3D: a worn paper board on a patterned tablecloth, with a pocket watch and an old game box beside it. Watch the die tumble, send a rival back to the yard and bring all four of your pawns home before anyone else.
PLAY YOUR WAY
• Against the computer: choose your colour and take on three computer opponents.
• Online: the game finds players for you. A room has four colours and two to four people, and computers play the colours nobody takes. The game starts at the latest 30 seconds after a second player joins.
• With friends: create a room and send your friends its code; they type it in and join. The host can start early, with computers in the empty colours.
• Online, if a player loses the connection, the computer plays their colour until they come back.
AT THE TABLE
• Four colours to choose from: yellow, blue, green and red.
• Animated dice, hop-by-hop moves and satisfying bumps.
• Move previews and optional hints to help you find your way.
• Choose hop-by-hop movement or one jump to the destination.
• Optional auto-play when there is only one legal move.
• Full rules in How to play, statistics after every game and a confetti celebration for the winner.
• Landscape play on Android phones and tablets.
• Ten languages: English, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, German, Italian and Spanish. The game starts in your phone's language when it is one of them, and Settings → Language on the main menu changes it.
THE RULES, IN BRIEF
Each player has four pawns. Roll a six to bring a pawn out of the yard, then move along the board by the number on the die. A six gives you another roll. If all your pawns are in the yard, you get up to three tries to roll a six.
Land on an opponent's pawn to send it back to its yard. Passing over a pawn does not capture it. Bring your pawns into your colour's home, the coloured row that leads to the centre; you do not need an exact roll to get in. The first player to get all four pawns home wins.
FREE, WITH ADS
Ludo is free, with ads: a short ad between games, at most one every few minutes and never during a game or in an online room, and a banner on the main menu and while the game searches for players. Watch a short video to play for an hour without ads.
A lucky six. A clever choice. A race worth sharing.
