I have done everything that it tells you to do and the stinking thing just stops and won't do the firmware update to the 7.1. Fails every time no matter what I do! Fix it Echo Company because this is very disappointing for paying at almost $300 for a water bottle for this app to not work at all! In fact the first bottle had to be replaced under warranty because the app caused it to go into a brick state leaving the bottle completely frozen inaccessible couldn't even charge it or anything.

So far the app and the flask don't match in consumption stats. Connectivity between the app and the flask are intermittent at best. The app doesn't provide a way to update flask usage if they don't update themselves. I've also tried updating the firmware via the app and there is an error of some sort that doesn't allow the firmware to be updated. At this point the app is wasting space on my phone. Update: 8 flasks in and the app has only recorded 2. The flask is tracking well.

App is complete garbage. If you are not going to fix the app and/or respond to customer issues than you probably should just stick with the flask. I'm considering returning the flask and going with a different product. Clearly, this app has been a long standing issue. As much as your product costs, you should be doing better. - Another frustrated customer!
