if you buy the flask for $300+, I would DEFINITELY expect the app to be working flawlessly. that's not the case at all. the app as of late, crashes every single time after the app opens, connects to device, and then when syncing the cycle, the app crashes. EVERY TIME!! I can't get counted for my efforts! now, for the 2nd time in a year, I can't get my daily count! I drink this every day for around 350+ straight days!!! and now for 2 days, gonna go on 3, the app is awful!!!!!! the worst for $300!

This app is frustrating. It doesn’t track progress correctly and constantly logs me out. A water bottle app isn’t something you check daily—more like weekly, similar to a fitness app—so when you do check, you expect accurate data. If it can’t reliably track my intake, what’s the point? My phone is with me 24/7, so if the bottle is nearby, tracking shouldn’t be an issue.

Useless app. The only thing it can do that you can't do on the bottle is change the light color. If there were some actually useful functions like changing the default timer or turning the light off entirely, there would be more of a reason to use it. It also constantly logs you out which is extremely annoying. You would think an expensive product like this would have a much more useful/polished app. I'd preferred for them to save the money spent on the app to make the bottle ui more functional.
