ECMS Mobile requires a ECMS subscription (server license) in order to login and start creating dictations. Once access is granted, you will be able to create dictations, send work for transcription. You can request an account by contacting https://contact.ecmsvault.com.
The ECMS Mobile application offer a simple solution that is easy to use and flexible workflow for Android touchscreen devices. Intuitive design allow the user to create dictation , attach pictures, videos, document, and notes as well.
ECMS Mobile apps has a number of features, among which:
- Dictate on the go without interruption. Be able to create a draft for later completion and send them for transcription and/or store securely in the cloud.
- Attach any type of data to your dictation, such as images, videos, supporting documentation, or notes for clear referencing.
- Ability for the user to route dictations to specific user per account configuration or allow the system to manage the routing seamlessly without user intervention. This help streamline the transcription process and eliminates the risk of incorrect data assignment and routing.
- Ability to edit dictation allowing the user to Insert/Overwrite and allow the selection of type of dictation being created to ensure data consistency and workflow per the account configuration.
