DuePe CSP – the retailer app for India's village and town shops

DuePe turns the shop people already trust into a Customer Service Point (CSP). With the DuePe app and a certified fingerprint device, your counter can offer the money services your customers otherwise travel to town for – and you earn a commission on every one.

HOW DUEPE HELPS RURAL INDIA
• The nearest bank branch is often a bus ride away and the nearest ATM may be empty. A DuePe CSP brings cash, transfers and bill payments within walking distance.
• Pensions, crop payments and scheme money reach Aadhaar-linked accounts. At a DuePe CSP they can be withdrawn with a thumb print, without forms, cards or PINs.
• Families with members working in the city receive money the same day, at a shop they know, from a person they know.
• Bills get paid before the due date, so there are no late fees or disconnection notices and no day lost to a trip to the town office.
• Every service comes with a printed receipt and a reference number, so the customer always has proof.

WHAT YOUR SHOP CAN OFFER
• AEPS cash withdrawal, balance enquiry and mini statement – customers withdraw from any Aadhaar-linked bank account with a thumb print. No card, no PIN.
• Money transfer – send cash to any bank account in India by IMPS or NEFT, with a bank reference and receipt.
• Bill payments through BBPS – electricity, water, piped gas, LPG booking, broadband, landline, postpaid, DTH, FASTag, insurance premiums and loan EMIs.
• Mobile and DTH recharge for all major operators, with plans shown before payment.

WHO IT IS FOR
DuePe is for registered DuePe retailers and distributors. To use it you need a DuePe CSP account with completed KYC, a wallet you can fund through your distributor, directly from DuePe, or online by payment gateway, and a supported fingerprint device for AEPS.
