I give nettrans a five star, but during the summer I've had a couple of occasions where I had scheduled to go to doctor's appointments and aquatic therapy and then I would be totally late to the appointments because I was set later then the others and I had to call the offices and say hey I have to cancel and reschedule and for The aquatic therapy I had to have a referral for that and it's getting ridiculous to wear when I make a trip, it always says on the app due to run unavailability

This app is broken. I've already called in, set up an account, and am logged in to the app; but I can't use it. I went to the website, in hopes of bypassing the app. And it just forces me to use your broken APP. Fix it, please. I shouldn't have to call in, for every transaction I want to initiate with your company.

The service is fine but the app? Is buggy all hell! Pretty much worthless. I end up having to call the dispatch office every time I want to book a ride. Frustrating as hell. Now? I just call the dispatch, I don't even waste my time with the app! Fire whoever sold or created this app for you!
