Ratings and reviews

This app is broken. I've already called in, set up an account, and am logged in to the app; but I can't use it. I went to the website, in hopes of bypassing the app. And it just forces me to use your broken APP. Fix it, please. I shouldn't have to call in, for every transaction I want to initiate with your company.

The service is fine but the app? Is buggy all hell! Pretty much worthless. I end up having to call the dispatch office every time I want to book a ride. Frustrating as hell. Now? I just call the dispatch, I don't even waste my time with the app! Fire whoever sold or created this app for you!

Buggy app! Should be able to book two weeks ahead but it won't take the date! Have to call the office EVERY TIME. I miss the online site, it never had silly problems like this. The service and the drivers are great! App is terrible.
