overall the experiences were good, just had a couple of rides that didn't go well, driver needed to get fuel and instead of getting fuel and focusing on getting me to my doctor's appointment he focused on a few other things and I ended up being 20 minutes late to my appointment. I lost my appointment and the important referrals needed, the next appointment I could get into is a month off. Understanding everyone has their good and bad days.

It's confusing to get the round trip times right for drop off and pickups. When you put in the pick up, you have to tap on "book trip" again to get the drop off time and location. This is not ideal, and very strange. And then, the trips shown do not disappear after you are picked up and dropped off until the next day. The app has serious flaws which need to be corrected.

I love the concept. Unfortunately the app is difficult to use. When I first began using the app it was wonderful. Knowing your ride is on it's was is very helpful. Also knowing the ETA and your ride has arrived is priceless. (at the mall waiting in bad weather) Now my problems are error message of not connect to internet. Sometimes I can actually book a trip but in the event I need to cancel app will not allow me to.
