USELESS. Even though you select English within the menu, the app does not change to English. Some text are in English the buttons and other text are in Bulgarian. If you're going to allow people to select different languages then the language needs to be changed on every screen. I do not know what buttons I'm pressing, so I just select anything 😀 1 star given..I may increase to 2 stars when this is changed.

This app was the only way to pay for a delivery to Econtomat which is very inconvenient. The registration process was slow and I didn't receive the confirmation mail for quite some time and I had to wait for it in front of the Econtomat so that I can pay and get my delivery. The app itself crashes pretty frequently and didn't record the "claims" I made regarding a delivery, which is very shady. The whole Econt delivery service has become the worst in Bulgaria, especially the Dianabad office.

Rating the service, because I couldn't register at all. The verification mail never came. I called the client service, they also tried to solve the issue without success. They removed the POS terminals at the automats and force the clients to register in one of their apps. As much as I didn't want to, I installed the app to be able to take my package. Now I have to go to an office to pay there and after that I will be able to get my package out of the automat. Thank you for the service!
