As everybody else is saying, the app is no longer working. I have called 2 times and not gotten a response.....WAIT.. I received a call from Kimberly at the local echo water store here in Tucson, and she texted me over and 800 number et cetera for technical at Wi-Fi services. In the meantime I went back on here and found that there has been an update available for the app. I just tried it and it worked perfectly

This app no longer works. Even on a brand new fresh re-install of the app, it immediately gets an error message of "Unable to Initialize Configuration" when starting the app, even before you are given a chance to log in. Server down? Been doing this now for quite a while. Was great for monitoring the water system when it did work.

Going to give it 2 stars because it's partially useful when it works. BUT, come on - fix this app so the phone/tablet with the app doesn't need to be on the 2.5Ghz network to connect to the softener. Most all mesh router systems advertise a single SSID for all bands and this makes it extremely difficult to use sloppy apps like this one.
