Disappointing. I ordered last Sept. 28 for my kid. then i contacted support since the parcel is not moving. then the support said something about the warehouse issue, its already inconvenient on my part, they offered the same voucher that i used but no assurance that this time, i will receive my parcel on time. then after 10 days, they cancelled my parcel. why edamama? is it because its 50% and you are the one who offered it. i was excited, now disappointed.

This used to be my fave app when shopping baby essentials. Now it runs very slow and you need to wait a minute or 2 before a page loads. Then when you click an item you need to wait again. I hope this gets fixed.

This is my first time using your service, and unfortunately, my first order has been a very bad experience. The courier who was supposed to deliver my order only sent me one text asking for my exact delivery address, and after I replied, there was no follow-up. I tried calling multiple times, but the calls would not go through. As of now, I have no idea when or how I will receive my order. I have already paid, and it wasn’t a small amount. The items are very important because I need them ASAP.
