The worst shopping app ever. Incomplete delivery(cs will say an item is out of stock even though it is not reflected in the app), unsecured packaging (some of the items are opened when delivered, no plastic seal unlike in shopee and lazada), inadequate refunds, hard to reach out (only via email and when you did not reply immediately ticket number will be closed), hard to track delivery status, no client confirmation for delivery, app automatically updates not the buyer. Very dissapointing app
