Finally an app that supports with both cold water immersion, heat exposure AND breatbhwork! All in one place! I love the guided sessions with the coaches, feels like they are right there with me.

It works fine, but I have to close the app to get updated temperature information. Also, the "set temp" just shows the current temperature. It should show what the target is set.
