good deals only if you're willing to deal with hassle and hold times. best prices are with edreams prime, the free trial only allows 1 booking at the discounted rate, cancel prime after 24 hours but before 15 days by calling to deal with high pressure sales holding you hostage for a while before allowing cancellation of the annual membership paid monthly. Yes you read that right, they lock you in for a year and bill you monthly. There are few courtesys and what they can do, any change is long.

Booked a flight and hotel through them and it's coming up in four days. Traveling for work worth two others. Downloaded app so I can easily access boarding passes. Every time I open it, it crashes. EVERY.TIME. Worried I'll have to check in "manually" and incur additional fees at the airport (airline we're flying is a budget airline... which ended up costing an additional $1,000 for seat selections, bags, and such- even an "auto check in"option) Fix the app!

Practically a scam, you get pumped up for supposedly getting cheaper things. I have noticed the pattern of them sending an email like "Price went down 5 bucks" you go into the app do all the process and when you are about to pay they throw you a "Ups, prices has gone up by x amount" even if you have the flight price frozen, it's the same. I went to the airline's website after and bought the ticket cheaper. I also have cancelled the prime subscription and keep getting charged month after month.
