Studies has suggested that pregnancy yoga exercises that have many benefits for pregnant woman and their babies. This can helps to improve sleep. Reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength and so many benefits. If you do it regular you will get benefit from it.

Wow... I think the other people rating are either paid or mates. This app is a joke 🤣 Beyond basic with the first exercise "sitting pose"... Just a basic pic no tutorials for each "workout", although sitting doesn't require one 🤣

Very basic The app quickly goes over a few basic stretches. Felt rushed, and no explanation of the stretches just a cartoon drawing.
