Ratings and reviews

Ever since the last update, the app has been full of bugs & glitches. My confirmed bookings don't appear in the system for reception. So a QR code is useless if it's considered not existing. Also, if you've originally booked multiple slots simultaenously for a week in advance & cancelled a booking by ticking the box for one specific date, the booking for that whole week is gone as well.

Immediately after the recent "forced" update I lost my membership in the app. Called the reception and they told me it's going to be fixed just after the completion of updates. That was 3 days ago. Whoever is responsible for this app maintenance, he/she needs to find a new job.

All events, activites and programs happening across Education City's 12 sq/km space now all in one central app! Easy registration, online payment and bookings for classes and venues all at the touch of a button. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.
