About this app

The backbone of any great trip is an itinerary that’s expertly designed, thoughtfully personalized, and updated in real time. The “EF Traveler” app gives teachers easy access to detailed itinerary information from the Tour Director leading their group. Teachers can also use the app to process secure payments and share tour feedback directly with EF.

Ratings and reviews

It does the job, but lacks some functionality. I couldn't load the itinerary while I was not connected to the Internet. Since international travel includes plenty of time without Internet, it should store the data instead of trying to load it. I also couldn't find my flight info in the app. I would expect the app to provide at least summary flight info and access to confirmation and flight numbers. And why doesn't it provide a central place for groups to communicate together?

It gives the option of logging in through Google when I use the browser (link from an email from the lead chaperone) but not through the app. There's also no option to sign in as a parent. I cannot access my child's travel and payment information through the app even though the website states that this feature is available.

All it is is a timeline of original itinerary. Never updated with deleted excursion. I also thought I read it was updated in real time so family could watch trip progress. I could be wrong on that. But do know itsaid for family to use and the only choice was traveler and nothing about a parent choice so I chose student when I logged in.
