Very poor service, you can schedule service on the app, or via call, but that's just a place holder, I have schedule service for RO, have been following them since the schedule time multiple times, and they don't have any response, their customer representatives and very naive, not even able to fetch basic information from the phone numbers etc. Asked me to read out order Id, product code and what not, and then randomly disconnects the phone, and I have to go through the whole process. Fraud

Worst after sale service I have ever experienced. People coming for service are showing attitude as if they are coming for free. People at call centres are having standard answers and can't provide property solutions. AMC charges are way too high. Coming to the app piece, while requesting for service, I am getting message that you have registered manay complaints in past so kindly register service by calling customer care and when we call customer care, they asks to register it through app.

I never seen like this worst service. i had raised ticket after 4 days also they not assign a technician to repair the forbes robot. and they not called and asked is the issues resolved. they not at all bother about it. simple they say sorry for inconvenience will take it high imp. and close call. its happen daily.
