I've had an excellent experience with this app and product until this last week. Wouldn't connect or run the auto schedule. Tried to reset the connection and the wifi signal flashes slowly and that's it - no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi comes up in the list for the vac. Hard reset everything (phone, router, vac, uninstalled app) with no change. The vac will run if it's manual.

Did you turn on the airplane mode and turn on precise location(if there is any) to see if it helps? If it still doesn't work, you could provide a video to describe the issue in more detail and your eufy email account for us to better help fix it. Thanks!

Ever since the last update, I can't get the app to change floors. I've had trouble before, but not this much. Tried the uninstall/reinstall method and that did not work. It's a great machine. Too bad they don't put as much effort into the app. **Finally working as it should. Mostly... I've upgraded my rating, but I'll leave my original comments for others.

Good app for new tech, but improvement is still needed. There should be a way to schedule zone cleanings. For instance my kitchen is a high traffic area and I want to have only the kitchen cleaned every night. My robot does his job and the app could do more. Update: the zone cleaning boxes are even more difficult to resize, making this the most frustrating part of the interface. Zone cleaning disappears randomly making you post cleaning sections again.
