I've been having trouble logging in to the app, getting a message saying, "something went wrong, please try again" over and over. Customer support says there's nothing wrong and to uninstall and reinstall the app. They speak very broken English so it's hard to understand and their advice didn't even work! But I haven't had major problems previously.

I've only had this app a couple of weeks and it truly does suck. It seems like the folks that work on this app would read all the negative reviews and do something to fix all the problems. I'm constantly having to put in information that I've already put in. Constant freezing and shutting down. Not user friendly at all.

Since the last update I can not log into the app. Keeps saying "somethings wrong". I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same issue. When logging into the website online it is taking forever because it keeps trying to send the sensor through Google translate when that was never requested.
