Horrible app. Won't accept biometric login no matter how many times you enable it. End up typing it in anyway. App adds your card to Samsung wallet but designates it a "transit card" when it's an FSA card. Gives zero ability to change that classification so it absolutely will not be presented to you on the fsa store checkout form payment screen. Makes it worthless to have in your digital wallet. Haven't even tried to upload a receipt yet for the fsa item I ended up buying on Amazon instead

App is not great. Sign in experience is bad: biometric access gets revoked too frequently, sign in does not properly support password managers, and even when I do get logged in, I have to change my password. Password requirements are inadequate: 20 characters and limited special characters is unacceptable in an app that holds sensitive information.

Aggravating. It lets me get through the whole process and when I click "pay" it backs up and wants more information that wasn't asked for the first time. Every. Time. To make things worse it defaults to the 1st beneficiary in the list when it does this; if you don't catch that change your claim gets denied. It won't let me remove beneficiaries either. It's almost like they want me to mess up so they don't have to pay me. Only twice did it read an EOB at all so function is useless.
