The Ui for case history needs adjustment. The reply I received had a link but the screen area that displays the answer is very small and the link was shortened that I cannot use it. Links should be clickable and the full response should be displayed in a detailed screen.

I've been contacting the ministry of housing since june, and no anwer to my problem from the ministry, i always get the generator message, however my problem was not solved. And today my case was closed without any message, call, email, or any form of contact. Quite disappointed from this app. 3 months of continuous messages in the app but no answer from the ministry. How disappointing.
