The app doesn't allow me to login only when I register a new account, does it function normally. The customer service is also terrible. You can literally wait for more than an hour just for someone to go and pick up your order even when there's not much of a queue. The people in charge of giving you your order are the slowest and most uncaring employees I've ever come across. What makes it worse is they have many people who'd be just sitting around and would only do something when you complain

I have used this application for a while and the service I must say is quiet good. The only problem I have encountered lately,is after updating the app, when I order things I noticed each item was been charged a shipping fee...which was not the case before and to me it does not make sense because all items are put in one package and I thought shipping cost is per weight of the package not on individual items in the package. Please look into that

Your customer service is WACK,when they call they don't speak well,they don't inform before the logistics bring the goods.I bought some jewelries but i can only buy 6pieces and above, so I am not able to buy all what I wanted bcz 6pieces of a particular item is much. And I can't even mix different color of the same item. At least we should be able to buy 3pieces or 2pieces of an item and mix the colors ,so we can be able to buy other goods. I don't think I will patronize again if this continues.
