Your customer service is WACK,when they call they don't speak well,they don't inform before the logistics bring the goods.I bought some jewelries but i can only buy 6pieces and above, so I am not able to buy all what I wanted bcz 6pieces of a particular item is much. And I can't even mix different color of the same item. At least we should be able to buy 3pieces or 2pieces of an item and mix the colors ,so we can be able to buy other goods. I don't think I will patronize again if this continues.

BOlajumoke Pharmacy USED TO rate it good. Last two orders had to be cancelled, takes more than 72hrs(3 days) for Egatee to call saying "we just got your online order now". Medical items for that matter. Confirming orders used to be same day and delivery was usually less than 48hrs.

I found this site and downloaded their app.. It's good tho but I personally will recommend users to not order if they are not in the same place as the seller as there are alot of scammers hanging around the site. Some of them don't even have a physical shop to start with so be mindful of your order... Peace out 😊
