My doctor called to say my results were sent to the app. Nothing is there. The messages section of the app won't even load completely. Doc double checked, everything says sent correctly on their end. I have to go into the office for a print out. The app was useless for me. Even worse than not having an app bc it took phone calls back and forth to figure out I needed to come in. No section for tech support in the app at all.

It never works for me. I am never able to log on. Tells me either user name or password is wrong, then just stops. Doesn't give me the option to change either one. I've had my dr office reset, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing helps! I don't know why it's so difficult for me

There's two options, log in with a name and password or with a QR code, I have neither of them. It doesn't give an option to create an account, so how do I use it?
