Great application for morning stretching! I've been using it for morning stretching in a small group for some time and it's super easy to follow it with full screen progress animation and audio signals. Also, clicking "Bueno" after the session is the best thing ever!

Need to add cycles with intervals too. In cycles, the current implementation will be a set. To iterate the same set, we need to add cycles. For example we do 60 sec exercise with 10 sec interval. If this is done 3 times, this becomes a set. If we add a cycle of 5, we can repeat the same set 5 times, with another interval of 30 sec or so.

The app is just great: it's simple, clean and has beautiful UI. The one thing I would recommend in the future is that you add the ability to create several exercise profiles so you don't waste time setting each countdown manually
