Really helpful in setting a not too fussy, not too expensive meal plan that hits those macros AND isn't phased by my million and one allergies. Haven't tried workout plan yet (I run and do asthanga and these take time). Yet but I like that sessions are ten minutes! Will update later.
My review is based on the genuine free offer, as I fundamentally will not be forced to give over my payment details for a 30 day "free trial"... You can see in the comments how many people that catches out. You get a set of basic workouts. To be fair they seem pretty good, but of course, they're limited. What is really disappointing is you don't get a single recipe. What drew me to this app was that it came with a nutrition plan... In the absence of those... It's just a few exercises. To the developers I say, have some courage in your product. Make the free offering something you could actually use for a couple of weeks, without getting too bored.
I took my time to sign up, logged in, checked out everything. Closed the app and reopened it, it took me to the first screen where it says getting started! Not many exercises. GUI can be improved. No sound in the video training, even though the sound is enabled. That happened several times. Lots of work need to be done guys. Good luck.
Good to keep on track with moderate workout. The meal planner is not free so just know that going in but the gifs are if you don't sign up for the trial. I like how I can use my 8tracks playlist as background music but I wish there was a verbal prompt to change exercises instead of manually having to move on to the next exercise. It breaks up the flow of my workout but it's free so i wont complain...i also like the short workout duration which comes in handy when you work and have little ones like me!
Paid for the personal trainer, they just spewed out typical advice, not at all tailored to my needs or routine. Felt like I could have been talking to a robot. Got this to keep me in track and motivated, but I haven't heard from the trainer in weeks. And find the food prep to be lacking as well. Unfortunate.
Anyone can spare 10 min a day. The exercises are tailored to your fitness level, there's no equipment needed, they show you demos of each exercise that almost anyone could do, and if you don't like one of the exercises in the routine you can swap it out for something different. I just finished my 1st 10 min workout and I am practically dripping in sweat. Awesome, awesome awesome app! No more excuses for skipping exercise! LOVE IT!
