My favorite fitness app. I love the look and functionality. You can customize your own routine easily, even in the middle of your workout. All exercises come with handy guides. Cons: When you change an exercise in the middle of a routine, it skips it and moves onto the next exercise and then comes back to it later. Minor bug and you can easily work around it, but still a bug. Most exercises have pictures showing what they are, but a few don't. I wish it had warmup and cooldown routines too.

Don't bother with any of the other RR apps... This is the best. Clear and easy to use. However it's missing a few videos as well as weighted progressions for deadlifts & squats (with a barbell). Also please check UI placement with larger fonts. I don't use my glasses in the gym, so I set the fonts & Icons to large, consequently the app gets a bit messy with text being overwritten or lost. This is a 5* app with a few niggles that lose it a star. I'll adjust to 5* when fixed.

This app is a great companion to my morning bodyweight recommend routine. It helps me focus and not lose track of my progress during the session. It's also invaluable to be able to change the routine progression per exercise. I would really like to be able to change the resting period timer and change the chime of the alarm when the timer starts, as it freaks out my dog and me when listening to music at high volumes. Excellent work dev team!
