Users can select a video from the entire list to be used as the background. The selected first-person perspective video plays in the background. The videos consist of hiking and walking courses, and are filmed from the perspective of a person actually walking. When the app is launched, the camera recognizes the height of the user's face to apply an up-and-down effect, and adjusts the video playback speed to match the user's running speed. This provides a dynamic first-person view that makes it feel as though the user is walking the course themselves, even without actually walking it.
