Emergency SMS – The Offline Check-In App for Your Loved Ones

Stay in touch with the people you care about – even without an internet connection. Emergency SMS is a user-friendly app that notifies you if a person you care for misses their daily check-in.

Key Features:

1. Check-In Reminder
Daily reminder at a set time with a loud alarm and a large "I'm OK!" check-in button. As soon as the user taps the "I'm OK" button, the alarm stops and the check-in is registered as successful. No SMS is sent, as it is assumed the person is fine. The next alarm will sound automatically the following day at the set time.

2. Automatic Repetition (Snooze)
In the settings, you define the time interval until which the alarm will repeat. The alarm will sound at this interval. If no check-in occurs within this time, a predefined SMS will be automatically sent to the stored emergency number.

If no check-in occurs, the app automatically sends an SMS (user-defined, max. 160 characters) to the stored emergency number.

4. Emergency Call Button (Panic Button)
Always visible. One click – and a call to the emergency contact is initiated immediately.
