About this app

BarCode Cam to CSV allows you to SCAN BARCODES (PURPLE BUTTON), describe the product, indicate the quantity being received, and its cost.

It creates a list that you can export whenever you want. You can REGISTER (PURPLE BUTTON) the scanned product so that the next time the code is scanned, its description is automatically loaded.
The application allows you to IMPORT ITEMS (GREEN BUTTON) from a semicolon-delimited file sorted by Barcode (Representative Numbers) and Description. You can obtain this file by exporting it from your ERP Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Control system, sorting it, exporting it to Excel, and sending it to your mobile device. The app will review the file and only include records that are not already registered. You can send it by email, download it from your Google Drive, use the device's file manager, take it directly from your mobile device's downloads folder, etc.

You can save the item list with SAVE ITEMS (BLUE BUTTON) before importing a list. This allows you to back up the last item list used by the app, in case the code file import is incorrect due to poor formatting.
Revert to last import (ORANGE BUTTON) activates the last backup performed; this should only be used if inconsistencies are detected in the item list.
DELETE RECORDS (PURPLE BUTTON) should be used after exporting warehouse entries during the session; this clears the exportable table.

This app is designed to be a helpful tool for those who perform physical inventory control, record entries, or register orders in a warehouse.
