About this app

EK Mail is the business email client for Ek Ra Sunya Inc and the organisations it works with.

Accounts are issued by an administrator at your organisation. There is no public sign-up, so if you do not already have an EK Mail address, please speak to your administrator.

• Read, search and send mail from your organisation mailbox
• Organise messages across Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam and Trash
• Star messages you need to come back to
• Reply, reply all and forward
• Send and receive attachments
• Add a signature to your outgoing mail
• Set up filters and rules to sort mail automatically
• Turn on an out-of-office responder while you are away
• Get a notification the moment new mail arrives

BUILT FOR WORK

EK Mail is designed for staff mailboxes rather than personal accounts. Shared and departmental mailboxes are supported, so a team can work from one address.

PRIVACY

We do not sell your data, we do not use your mail for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDK.

Remote images in a message are blocked until you choose to load them, so a tracking pixel cannot report that you opened it. Sign-in credentials are held in the device keychain, and all traffic to our servers uses HTTPS.

You can delete your account and its mail at any time from Settings.
