About this app

KUSOED EMIS is the official mobile app of the Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Hattiban, Lalitpur.

It gives students, applicants and staff access to their own university records on their phone.

STUDENTS
- See your fee statement and what is outstanding
- Pay fees through the KU Revenue system
- View your payment history and receipts
- Check published results, term by term, with your GPA
- See the courses you are enrolled in
- Follow your thesis progress
- Read notices published by KUSOED centres

APPLICANTS
- Create an account and apply to open programmes
- Upload the documents your application needs
- Follow your application status

TEACHING STAFF
- See the courses you teach and their class rosters
- Enter marks for your students

ADMINISTRATORS
- Review applications, students and payments
- Look up a person's record
- Send announcements to a batch by email or SMS

Accounts are issued by KUSOED. Applicants may register in the app in order to apply.

What’s new

Create an account with Google or Apple, not just an email and password.

Paying a fee now asks which semester and installment you are paying for, and shows what will be recorded before you scan the QR.

Your trainings and employment history are on the dashboard, alongside your thesis and profile.

Clearer error messages when signing in or creating an account, so a failure tells you what actually went wrong.
