About this app

EduBridge Manager is for academy owners and teachers. It shares academy data with the EduBridge student app but only carries the screens staff need.

Today dashboard
• See today's classes and how many students have arrived, left, or not shown up.
• A live attendance feed shows each QR scan as it happens.

Attendance
• Pick several students from the roster and mark them present, late, or absent in one go.
• QR kiosk: leave a tablet showing the QR code and students scan it to check in and out. The code refreshes automatically.

Students and classes
• Register students and keep their grade, phone, and guardian contacts up to date.
• Create classes and assign weekdays and hours.
• Issue invitation codes for students, guardians, and teachers.
• Approve or decline join requests that arrive through your academy's join code.

Communication
• Write and edit academy-wide notices; members are notified as soon as you publish.
• Manage the board and the report queue.

Assignments and files
• Set assignments for a class or the whole academy, with a due date.
• Attach PDF or photo files; students open them in their app.

Stats
• Attendance statistics per class or student over any period.

Opening an academy
• No academy yet? Apply in the app and activate it with a Google Play subscription. The first 7 days are a free trial for eligible accounts.

Students and guardians should use the EduBridge app. This app is for academy staff accounts.
