I really hate using an app to use this type of device. I have other devices that you can simply turn to use it and change things on the fly with the device. But the truvega requires this LAME app AND the app just COMPLICATES things! 👎 It's a pretty simple app but it seems to only work on one device installed at a time. You have to time it right by turning on the device and the connect part of the app or it won't find it. My recommendation, invest in one that requires no app.

NOT functional with Android devices. They are aware that the app is buggy and has connection issues with Android devices. They gave steps to disconnect pretty much everything from your phone to use the device, but even with all of that it's still hit or miss with getting the device to work. Try elsewhere for a different brand device if you use Android systems.

I'm grateful for the product, so far I feel better. the connection issues are honestly embarrassing in this day and age. consumer electronics typically do not have this level of issues. I finally got it to work by giving all permissions it's still super hit and miss. often won't connect and I frequently and to turn the app on and off or clear cash. come on guys, it's 2026.
