PLEASE READ! I was having difficulty getting my device to be found via Bluetooth like others have experienced. I talked w customer service and all I had to do was make sure my Location Services were turned on and set to Precise. After that it work easily. I'm only giving it 3 stars due to my very brief time with the app and device. I do however feel more at ease after this first two minute use.

I read all the negative reviews regarding the difficulties connecting the device to the phone app. Upon my initial attempts to set up and connect the device to the app, it appeared the reviews were correct. It was extremely difficult to connect. But I was quickly able to resolve the difficulty by temporarily powering off my Bluetooth connected smartwatch which was apparently interfering with the device connectivity. After I did that, the device flawlessly connects to the app every time.

After a lot of trial and error I finally found a way to pair with the device: 1) Remove the device from your account, 2) Restart your phone, 3) Re-pair the device. Sometimes it takes about 50 tries but eventually it will work for one use, then you just do it again. Takes about half an hour to setup each time you want to use it though, so it's kind of like waiting to see your doctor for each use. If you need to use it 4x/day expect to spend 2 hours a day fiddling with it.
