I really hate using an app to use this type of device. I have other devices that you can simply turn to use it and change things on the fly with the device. But the truvega requires this LAME app AND the app just COMPLICATES things! 👎 It's a pretty simple app but it seems to only work on one device installed at a time. You have to time it right by turning on the device and the connect part of the app or it won't find it. My recommendation, invest in one that requires no app.

The app finds my device but then can't connect to it. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and it was able to connect for a day and then the same issue occurred. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but it didn't help this time. I tried restarting my phone and nothing. I cannot use my device without the app being able to connect to the device. please fix your app because right now I have a $500+ paperweight.

Dear Truvaga Support, I am writing to update my previous request regarding the defective unit. I have already attempted every possible troubleshooting step, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and performing a factory reset. Despite these efforts, the device still fails to connect, as shown in the attached screenshot. At this point, I no longer wish to receive a replacement.
