It's ok. For those using Android and having connectivity issues: I've found that having your location on helps. I am aware that many people (myself included) don't like to just leave their location on, so that's annoying. It does connect and work for me, though. I knocked two stars off because I have experienced the "dropping mid session" and having to wait for it to time out (a cancel session button would be cool, devs), and I'd like having an option to make the post-session survey optional.

the old app worked well. this one drops sessions then you have to wait for the time to run out because it doesn't realize it stopped. I am unsure why the change. I dont need soundscapes, videos, etc. it chooses the sound based on the video. I would like the device to stop beeping. I hate that my favorites don't pop up immediately on the main screen and it defaults to pink if you hit start. I do not want to rate my session, I never have. both apps ask me every time.

I don't understand why they make a $500 device that's dependent on an app- especially since it's an app that absolutely doesn't work. The first app had connectivity issues, but once I figured out how to get around them, I could fairly consistently use it with just a little bit of inconvenience. now with this new version of the app, it's almost unusable. I tried for about a week or two and now I haven't used it in a month. what kind of company charges you $500 and doesn't create a usable app?
