Update : the app periodically loses connection with my device. The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

Was working until today. I have 1 device on the account. My router shows that it is connected and data is passing through. The app continues to say something went wrong despite me hard resetting my Frigidaire device and waiting 2 minutes before reconnecting/pairing the device to my network. The app walked me through the setup/reconnect process and said it was connected and everything was good. The moment I hit next to finish and take me back to the main page, the error returns. Please fix.

Update on 6/21/26: Has gotten worse. Can't stay connected to app. After reinstall it asks for refresh and can never refresh. Every time I turn my dehumidifier off from the app or from unit, the app won't reload when I return to it. App says I am still logged in when I go to profile, which still works. I have to log out, log in, it calls account up quickly. Annoying. No wifi issues and I've reinstalled the app. Replying to Electrolux response: thank you but the link you provided doesn't work.
