Update : the app periodically loses connection with my device. The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

The app is not working after a year! I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. The wifi light is on, on the window Air conditioner and the app says I'm connected, however, when I open the app it doesn't allow me to do anything! I've called customer support and nothing worked to get the app to work. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED this feature was why we purchased this particular model. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED. YOUR SUPPORT.ELECTROLUX.US DOESN'T LOAD!!!

We lost power but now that everything is back on, app has stopped talking to the air conditioner even tho it's hooked up to the WiFi. Carried out all the suggestions (unplug, wait a few minutes, replug; log out and back in; remove air conditioner from app and add back in; reinstall the app. I'm able to set it up and have it connect to my WiFi, but it won't communicate with the app (says unavailable). Tried searching Play Store for a different version but this was the only one. *Link doesn't work
