Update : the app periodically loses connection with my device. The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

The app is not working after a year! I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. The wifi light is on, on the window Air conditioner and the app says I'm connected, however, when I open the app it doesn't allow me to do anything! I've called customer support and nothing worked to get the app to work. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED this feature was why we purchased this particular model.

Worked great for a year. Now, for the last 3 days, it won't do ANYTHING! Says it will take 15 minutes to update but it's not doing that. ***UPDATE*** Well...that didn't last long. Now it says 'unavailable' even though it's plugged in and my WiFi is working. I uninstalled then, reinstalled it and went through all the steps and it says 'connected' but right after it it says 'unavailable' still. Frustrating😤
