Update : it seems the app has lost connection with my device. —-------—-------------- The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

It's mostly convenient. I have 4 A/C units hooked up and it's nice to monitor temps in each room and be able to control them all from one spot, however... There's no way to change default behavior. The units always power up on Eco mode with Auto fan. Then I have to make several adjustments. It should remember how it was last time or let me set a default. Also, there's no WiFi settings. If I change my WiFi password I need to remove and re-add each appliance. What a pain!

I installed app Sunday May 18, 2026. It has disconnected from AC unit twice and both times there was no interruption on wifi service. Both times I give a review of 1 star and I get a generic response. I'm tempted to just return purchase because control on wifi was the ultimate deciding factor. I spent a lot of money for control and I have no control. Maybe you should find an app that works with frigidaire not a app that doesn't. Please look into this.
