Completely unusable - tried from multiple phones to set up an account, repeatedly getting "something went wrong" error message. When this is the first thing you need to set up to get a robot vacuum to work and you can't add an appliance to the app without an account set up, it's a really poor user experience. Especially from a company with a good product track record like Electrolux.

This app is very disappointing. I have a washing machine with AutoDose but I can't configure it with the app. I can't link the tanks or set the second tank as holding detergent instead of softener. The connection between the app and the appliance is very flaky as well. Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn't. Come on Electrolux, you can do better!

Very frustrating & difficult to connect, signal strength of machine is poor, even next to wifi node & phone, constantly disconnects from wifi & mobile, features on app are good and give more options for machine use, however clean function in app is only instructions & when followed, machine will still say it needs a clean and it's impossible to remove the CLE alter on machine. App and Machine are not good together, not in sync and not strong enough to remain connected for everyday real life use.
