EXTREMELY difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, and consistently disconnects within 30 days. schedule test do not run correctly. Regardless of the number of tasks I set up for the air purifier, the functions, or time, it will not run on Saturday. I don't understand why specifically that day. Customer support was less than helpful giving me a form to request a new device

This app is horrible. Not only does it require that I DISconnect my mobile phone from my wifi, so I can connect my phone to the device wifi, to then connect the device wifi to my wifi, before reconnecting my phone to my wifi, and only THEN can my mobile phone connect using bluetooth, rather than a direct bluetooth handshake, but the process WILL randomly fail at EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of these stages at LEAST once during setup, which has to be redone regularly. This is truly incompetent design.

Keeps logging you out each update. Remote start and wash again functions from the app does not work and unless the app is open it won't push notifications on when the cycle is completed. I thought the lack of extra rinse cycles would be fine due to being able to use the app to run it but the app doesn't let me. My old bosch worked flawlessly in comparison. Both settings and app. It only had to go due to being damaged when moving.
