I have an air purifier(A9 model), and it doesn't display the weather quality accurately, especially TVOC values are inconsistent(of course if there is any other explanation of sharp increasing to 4000 other than my house is not on fire all of a sudden a couple of times a day). Addition to that, the app stopped showing historical data after an update. It literally became useless, if the only purpose of this app is not turn on/off the device.

I own a Pure Multi 700, but the app does not recognize the appliance. I have followed the recommended steps by turning it off, waiting 10 seconds, and turning it back on until the light starts blinking. However, the app still does not detect the device. I have repeated this process several times, but the issue persists.

Completely unusable - tried from multiple phones to set up an account, repeatedly getting "something went wrong" error message. When this is the first thing you need to set up to get a robot vacuum to work and you can't add an appliance to the app without an account set up, it's a really poor user experience. Especially from a company with a good product track record like Electrolux.
