I loved this device and was showing it off recently. I tried to add it to another device and since then I can get it to update to the new version so when I do the setup process the indicator lite goes from blinking to solid green but the device wont update or connect fully. I sent an email to customer support but have not recieved any communication since. I really want this device to work properly. I was using it for sleep, anxiety, and to alleviate ADHD symtoms. I need this to get off the meds.

It would be so easy to hate this thing if it didn't seem to actually work. My Garmin watch has shown big improvements in my sleep in the few nights I've been using it. Unfortunately, there are serious connection issues. After hard restarting the hapbee, I now have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, log back in, restart my phone and THEN it will connect to the app... The best part? I get one night of use and then have to do it again the next night. It's only Bluetooth, it shouldn't be this hard

Every time I use bluetooth earbuds or my car's bluetooth, the device disconnects from my phone unless i keep the app open. Also, it disconnects at night while on deep sleep mode even though I have made sure app settings don't close it or anything even with low battery. The device works. I have used it for all modes but the disconnecting is very frustrating. I try to show it to people and it's embarrassing that I have to try up to 5 times to connect after something interrupted the connection.
