The Elite Trainr - Athletes application gives athletes real time access to:

Ratings and reviews

It's nice that it is a one stop shop. It is not as easy to use as other apps (even when needing to use more than one). Harder to substitute exercises with alternatives as it does not make suggestions like Trainerize. It also does not have as robust of a food library, which also does not calculate newly entered custom foods calories accurately when entering in the macros. Personally not a fan, but learning to use and live with it as my new coach uses it. I'm hoping it gets easier and better!

All is ok..some minor items with the interface on Android App. First is I can not fully view PDF documents/Images of documents. I can see the thumbnail but it doesn't let me download it or click on the image to enlarge it to be able to read it. Second when uploading a video there is no progress indicator. Sometimes I upload a video and it takes several minutes before I receive some type of notice that it is doing something, like uploading my video for my coach.

Was ok at first but..... Since the update that was done last week , the progress and notes from past workouts are not appearing . Alot of apps have implemented such an option ( easy way to remember weights / progress from last session ) ... Hate the fact that I have to select a previous day to remember where I'm at in my progression. Also no save button when tracking a workout . Not quite sure if the data I've typed in will save automatically or not . Slightly annoyed with using this app
