Update: Contacted support but haven't heard back for 2 months. / Installed the app, but when I try to register an account and click the Create button, the green rotating circle appears for a second and nothing happens further. As a result, I can't create an account and the app is useless

I have been an Elli drive highway customer for for over 4 months and been very happy with it across thousands of miles of driving across the UK. The RFID card is especially handy in places where phone reception is poor and avoided the issues with starting a charge when I have poor signal strength usually encountered with charging apps in these locations! The drive highway tarrif has saved me a substantial amount of money over the normal public charging cost too!

The sign up process is conveluted, has no third party account log in. The developers are too tight to spring for a vehicle registration database, so you can only sign up once you find your vin. You need to manually set all the charge type parameters instead of choosing your vehicle from a list. How many people know their vin, the port type the max charge rates and things. Make the onboarding more straight forward, FFS.
