This application is a risk to your account. When you attempt to transfer money on your mobile account, especially if you make airtime transactions, the money doesn't reach your phone. Yet it's debited from your account!! When you attempt to reach out to their customer care, they give you excuses but never return your money. At some point, i was told that there was no evidence of my transaction, yet the money is deducted from my account. So, warning to all: stay from this application

At first this app was the best in the previous three years back but of recent it's no longer stable, on and off , mobile money transactions are ever pending yet the money is debited from the account. They keep on telling you to be patient yet at times it's an emergency and that time you don't have access to an ATM . Copy from other banks that have stable apps like Equity bank Other wise am soon leaving the bank, this is a competitive world.

The most-recent update/face-lift at the time of this review comes with an underwhelming User interface compared the the previous version. The version might have also been rolled out a little bit too early due to some minor bugs like a black screen that occurs at launch when an unnecessary permission is denied - which wasn't the case previously.
