This application is a risk to your account. When you attempt to transfer money on your mobile account, especially if you make airtime transactions, the money doesn't reach your phone. Yet it's debited from your account!! When you attempt to reach out to their customer care, they give you excuses but never return your money. At some point, i was told that there was no evidence of my transaction, yet the money is deducted from my account. So, warning to all: stay from this application

The app is unreliable. Can't view your mini statements comfortably. Infact, the app automatically closes about 5 seconds as soon as you open the mini statements. Same thing happens when you try to do a transaction like RTGS... Unbelievable...

This bank doesn't know the need of urgency in a matter of life and death, you want to make a transaction their servers are down, transferring money to someone, it can't be reflected, you tell them it's urgent, they tell you to be patient like it's going to pay hospital bills at your time of need!
