About this app

ELMAP is a corporate procurement platform: it connects organizations that make regular purchases with verified suppliers through a closed bidding process. From site management companies to hotels and factories; collect bids for every purchase, from pool chemicals to elevator overhauls, compare them on a single screen, and record your decision.

This is NOT a public tender. ELMAP is entirely privately owned; your organization sets its own rules and decides who to invite.

SEALED BIDS
Submitted bids are not opened until the final bidding deadline. No one, including the requesting party, can see the amounts; the number of bids received is also confidential. This rule is applied at the database level, not the interface — it is a guarantee, not a preference.

IF YOU ARE A BUYER
• Publish your procurement request, select the companies you will invite
• Answer questions received during the bidding period
• Open the envelopes when the deadline expires; Compare offers item by item
• Select the winner, record the reason

IF YOU ARE A SUPPLIER
• Search for open requests that match your category and province
• Follow requests you are interested in, be notified when closing time is approaching
• Enter your unit prices in the offer toolkit; total and VAT are calculated on the server
• Seal and submit your offer; you can withdraw and edit it until the deadline

AT A GLANCE
The homepage is a dashboard: jobs awaiting your action, requests with the closest closing time and live countdown all on one screen. The ribbon above the tab bar shows the nearest closing time wherever you are.

ON RECORD
Publishing, addendum, extension, envelope opening and decision — every step of the process is recorded with a timestamp. Server time is essential; even if your device clock is off, the times will still work correctly.

No account required: you can start writing your request immediately, create your account when publishing.

During the launch period, ELMAP is completely free for both buyers and suppliers; No commission. Members will be notified in advance if pricing changes in the future.
