Ratings and reviews

This app is painfully slow when loading pages, especially during online check-in. Today, I had to put my phone down because the check-in pages were taking forever to load. After a while, the session timed out before I could proceed, and what's worse the app automatically reserved random seats for me without my confirmation, even though I never wanted them. I had no choice but to call customer service to fix the issue. Very frustrating experience.

The app is ok, but Eurowings is a theif. When I booked my ticket I specifically did not choose checked luggage. I verified it was set to 0. The price shown was without it. Then my card was charged for it and they wouldn't remove it, or change the cost to pay for my carry-on bag. I needed the app to add the carry-on bag, and had to pay MORE to add it, and I have a checked bag allowance I won't use. The flight ticket wasn't that cheap either.

tried to book a flight and got all the way to filling in payment. then it said there was an error and made me restart. only the cost of the specific flight I wanted had gone up by £40 not the one after not the one before the specific one I had picked!!!! this should be illegal!!!
