This app is painfully slow when loading pages, especially during online check-in. Today, I had to put my phone down because the check-in pages were taking forever to load. After a while, the session timed out before I could proceed, and what's worse the app automatically reserved random seats for me without my confirmation, even though I never wanted them. I had no choice but to call customer service to fix the issue. Very frustrating experience.

The app is ok, but Eurowings is a theif. When I booked my ticket I specifically did not choose checked luggage. I verified it was set to 0. The price shown was without it. Then my card was charged for it and they wouldn't remove it, or change the cost to pay for my carry-on bag. I needed the app to add the carry-on bag, and had to pay MORE to add it, and I have a checked bag allowance I won't use. The flight ticket wasn't that cheap either.

The backend system doesn't allow me to get a digital boarding pass even though I dont have check-in luggage. I'm tired of talking to customer care as until now no resolution has been found for my case. It is a waste of 2 hours every week during my travel. Please upgrade your systems.
