I've ordered from the app a couple of times, the app is pretty good, you get almost everything but the problem is with the delivery, it takes way too long and they don't provide any details on when to expect your order to arrive.

Before, it was better... I mean, some company, I don't know what's wrong with them, ordered a phone from you on November 22nd, and today is December 10th, and there's still no word. For your information, the first payment has already been deducted. I mean, are you even manufacturing it or what? I don't understand... Edit... And to this day, there's still no change. This company has become really bad.

Extremely horrible customer service, every time I order my order gets rejected because the customer service is unable to reach me, although they have 2 numbers for me and an email and they reach to me on WhatsApp to tell me it got cancelled.
