"The worst service and the most failure-prone application ever. It has been two months since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. I ordered the latest mobile version from a specific brand, and today a newer model has already been released while my order is nowhere to be found! 😆 Every time, they use 'Black Friday' as an excuse, even though I ordered from other websites in China and Turkey during the same period, and all those orders arrived within a week.

ordered an air purifier on Nov 26, not yet delivered as of Dec 28. No company has ever had such delay in my experience. And worst of all is that customer support is worthless, responses are automated (or just a very lousy employee who only copies and pastes) and recently they no longer reply. Also, they have their excuses ready "high demand" for any delay and I've been waiting for more than a month. I will NEVER buy from them ever again. UPDATE: they cancelled my order after a 2 month wait.
