This app was great until the update two days ago (July 1st, 2026). Before the update, you could unlock one chapter per manga every 24h or you could unlock them with ads or coins you get from reading. After the update, it seems most of the manga is locked behind their new premium subscription. No more free chapters every 24h. You can still unlock them with ads but the ads are much longer than before. I am disappointed, this seemed like a pretty good app for manga before the update.

I will be uninstalling this app once I use up the coins I purchased. I had been enjoying the app, reading great Manga for free and even using coins to read chapters of ones I enjoyed. I open the app today and now every title I had been reading save one is locked behind a premium paywall. This is a serious downgrade in the user experience and one I won't stick around for. Trash!

After a mishap with a 3rd party app placing blame for uncredited rewards, & Emaqi support proving that was completely false & it was actually that third party app being super sus with their very quick & honest support team, which only added do the greatness of this app all around. I'd give 10 Stars if I could! The amazing art along with incredible stories in this app took me from a comic guppy, to a comic superfan in just 30 days. thanks so much for your support, y'all have a loyal fan for life
