With the BioSign HRV app, you get a powerful and user-friendly tool for mobile HRV monitoring and HRV biofeedback – developed based on over 25 years of research and practical experience.

Who is the app suitable for?

A healthy parasympathetic nervous system is crucial for recovery, resilience, and well-being – and can be visualized through heart rate variability (HRV). This app helps you find answers to questions like:

- How good is my recovery capacity?
- How has my HRV changed over time?
- What is my current daily condition?
- Am I still coping well with stress?
- Are my lifestyle changes or therapeutic measures working?
- My training supports my health – or am I overtaxing myself?

Requirements:
A myQiu account is required for measurements, biofeedback exercises, and uploading Qiu+ data. The Qiu+ can also be configured without an account.
