In this version: 1. The "ES MI" an expert system myocardial infarction ‒ helps doctors diagnose infarction patients, evaluate their condition and forecast the development of the following complications of myocardial infarction: fibrillation, acute left ventricular failure (acute left VF), chronic heart failure (CHF), atrial fibrillation (AF), thromboembolism (PE), myocardial infarction (MI), recurrent myocardial, infarction (RMI).The inference engine implements the Bayesian decision method. Consultation with the "ESMI" expert system in case of 39 symptoms takes 15 minutes, (DiagnosticsHeart_39) and in case of 21 symptoms takes 10 minutes, (DiagnosticsHeart_21) and the option of express consultation (8 symptoms) takes 3 minutes (Expert diagnostics). 2. The user can use ChatGPT to argue the conclusions of the expert system. 3. The user must have a ChatGPT token from Open AI.
