About this app

Remvio reminds you to take your medications at the exact times you choose, then lets you mark each dose Taken, Snooze or Skip. It works offline, needs no account, and keeps your medication information on your phone.

REMINDERS THAT RING
• Reminders ring like an alarm, even when your phone is on silent or Do Not Disturb (Remvio asks for the alarms permission).
• Answer right from the lock screen: Taken, Snooze or Skip.
• An unanswered reminder repeats up to 3 times, then the dose shows as Unconfirmed. Remvio never marks a dose as taken for you.
• Choose a sound (Gentle, Chime or Classic) and how long Snooze lasts.

YOUR SCHEDULE, EXACTLY
• Daily, selected weekdays, weekly or one-time schedules, with several times a day.
• Start and end dates, and a 7-day preview before you save.
• Reminders follow your phone's local time when you travel.

WHAT TO AVOID, FROM THE FDA LABEL
• Optional: see the warnings from the official U.S. FDA drug label for each medication, quoted word for word with the source and date: boxed warnings, who should not take it, and drug interactions listed on the label.
• Only the medication name is sent to the FDA's public label service, and only after you agree.

HISTORY AND REFILLS
• A calendar of what you marked Taken, Skipped or left unanswered.
• Export your history as a PDF or CSV to share with your care team.
• Track your supply and get a "Refill soon" reminder.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your medications and history stay on your phone. No account needed.
• Private mode hides medication names on your lock screen.
• Optional automatic backup with Google sign-in, so you can move to a new phone. Delete it any time.

What’s new

Reminders now keep ringing until you answer them, with Taken, Snooze and Skip on a full-screen alarm over the lock screen. A reminder you don't answer rings again later. Fixes "could not read your schedule" after opening Remvio from an alarm, and an alarm that could ring a second time after an update or restart. Remvio now tells you when Android's "Alarms & reminders" setting is off.
