About this app

Velqro turns the business cards you collect into contacts you can actually use.

Point your camera at a card, or pick a photo you already have. Velqro finds the card, crops and straightens it, and reads the name, title, company, phone numbers, emails, website and address. Text recognition runs on your phone: your card photos are never uploaded to be read.

SCAN IN SECONDS
• Photograph a card or choose one from your photos
• Automatic crop to the card's edges
• Scan the back too when it has details

REVIEW BEFORE YOU SAVE
• Every field Velqro read is marked, so you know what to check
• Fix anything, and add a note about where you met
• Velqro spots cards you have already saved

ORGANIZE YOUR WAY
• Sort by industry, add your own tags, star favorites
• Search by name, company, tag or phone number

REACH OUT IN ONE TAP
• Call, email or open the website from any card
• Add to Contacts opens your phone's own new-contact form, already filled in. Velqro never reads your address book.

EXPORT AND SHARE
• Turn the cards you choose into a PDF: a compact directory or full cards
• Share a contact or a PDF with your phone's share sheet

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your cards, photos and notes are stored on your phone
• No account needed, no ads, no tracking
• Sign in only if you want cloud backup, and delete it any time

FREE AND VELQRO PRO
