The amount of effort needed to get additional minutes is frustrating to say the least. I could fill out a survey but I've spent the last hour trying to fill out surveys and a majority of them froze up on me with a little x in the corner. I could watch an ad for an extra 5 min but it plays 2 ads. Another reviewer mentioned this. An ad plays then it goes back to the option to add 5 minutes but without touching anything plays the same exact ad again; as if it didn't register the first time.

I tend to flop back to this app every now and again. However, I was getting tired of the ads. Two ads for 5 mins. Having to skip multiple times through ads and hit a bunch of X's just to finish one ad. When you try to skip it takes you to the Apple Store or another app. So I was considering getting the subscription again. Its is now $9.99 a week instead of that same price for a month and that's probably the most ridiculous thing I've seen for a reading app.

The concept of the app is good. However, the voices that I have heard so far, makes it hard to enjoy the book. It literally sounds extremely fake and weird. There isn't a good flow with a natural voice. I haven't tried many books so I am basing my review off of the 5 books that I have tried to listen to so far. I just can't get into them this way. It would be great if we could choose from a list of voices to hear the audiobooks. The book "Ransom" is being read with a weird voice and it is bad.
