the concept is good however the execution is not. in the middle of a cooling cycle my wristband gets hot and not just a little hot- very hot. The way you must wear the unit, it gets knocked on everything , the grooves in the surface picks up all kinds of dirt or anything on a surface. The band is too wide and the magnetic closure doesnt work well. When it works correctly, it does what it says. But it is not worth $250 as is. Wait for the 3rd or 4th generation.

Wonderful piece of technology. I am in my early 30's and have hot flashes for no apparent reason. I've gone to the doctors to try to get help and no one can figure it out. The Ember Wave has made it so that I am comfortable throughout the day. Yesterday my Eumber Wave started blinking purple and then orange (maybe standby). I checked that it was updated in Google play. It is not working if I press either of the side buttons. I don't know what to do.

I actually heard about this device on the Blaze radio station during their segment on new businesses. I was very excited to get it but I waited a bit just to see how it did. Maybe I was a little skeptical 😏. I bought it almost a month ago and I love it. As a woman going through the change, the hot flashes were killing me. This device helps if I catch them early. If at all possible it would be great if the temperature could go down just a little more. But overall, great device, great app!
